Directions for downloading the Housing Application Form to your computer:
1. Right-click on this link: Universal Standard Application for State-Aided Public Housing
2a. If using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, on the pop-up menu, choose "Save Target As..."
2b. If using the Mozilla Firefox browser, on the pop-up menu, choose "Save Link As..."
3. Make note of where on your computer the file will be saved-to (The Desktop is a good spot), and also, remember the file's name: "StandardApplicationForm.pdf".
4. Click the "Save" Button and your form should download to the location you selected in Step 3.
5. If you have a PDF reader on your computer, now simply double-click the file and your PDF reader program should open it automatically. (If you don't have a PDF reader program, you can quickly dowload and install a free one at www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/reader) or you can download the free one at get.adobe.com/reader but it will take longer.)
6. Once you have successfully opened the Application Form, print out the form, fill it out completely and mail it to:
